Health and Wellness Month in November

Dynasty Gym in Buranby, has planned a Community Health and Wellness series for the month for November. We have lined up several events and free community classes to help you improve your mobility, free your movement, clear your mind as well as guide and support you in your fitness & health journey with us.
It is also our way to reach out and make long-lasting connections with the community as well as with likeminded professionals in the health & wellness sector. We invite you to bring a friend and take part in the wellness month we have got in store for everyone. 
 
November 2nd, Every Saturday/Monday/Wednesday at 9am
Free community workouts-  Every Saturday, Monday, Wednesday starting November 2. No experience necessary, we are there to support you at whatever fitness level you are at. Come to the gym, get a good workout in and see what kind of community we are building.

November 10th, 10am
BROGA– Yoga for the boys. Our first ever ALL MALE yoga class! Get strong and flexy. We are happy to kick off our Sunday Community Yoga Flow series  with the fun & fabulous yoga instructor, Ash Belluz. Bring a bud & a mat!
 
 
November 17, 11am-2pm
Health and Wellness Community Speaker Event- We are excited to have several guest speakers in the gym to provide you with some useful information on overall health and wellness, the benefits of being active and how to keep tabs on your body throughout the fitness & health journey. We will be finishing the day with short yoga/mobility flow and mediation session. Local sponsors and vendors will be on hand to meet you and share their passion with the community. Not to be missed!

Yoga for the Ladies– We have an all boys one, so we must have an ALL FEMALE one! As we continue the Sunday Community Yoga Flow series, come join the wonderful yoga instructor Manten Lara, as he leads the flow through music and movement! Get in some girl time and good vibes!
