Ready to take your CrossFit skills to the next level? Our Foundations is designed for those with at least 3 months of CrossFit experience. Let us know your previous experience so our coaches can tailor the program to your needs.

How do I sign up for a membership?
To sign up for a membership, please send us an email at info@dynastygym.com or call us at +604-719-7745. Include your desired membership option and the date you want your membership to start. Note that memberships cannot be purchased online.
How do I book a drop-in?
To reserve your drop-in spot at Dynasty Gym, please email us at info@dynastygym.com or call us at +604-719-7745. Specify the session time you wish to attend. Additionally, if you plan to drop in for a CrossFit class, please confirm that you meet our 3-month CrossFit experience requirement in your message.
What should I bring for a drop-in session?
For your drop-in session, we recommend bringing comfortable workout clothes, athletic shoes, a water bottle, and a towel. If you have any specific gear you prefer to use, feel free to bring it along.
Can I Drop Into CrossFit As A Beginner?
Due to the complexity of the workouts, we do not allow complete beginners to drop into our CrossFit classes. All drop-ins must have at least 3 months of CrossFit experience and we ask that all visitors contact us with this information when booking their spots.
Can I pay for my membership in cash?
One-time payments, such as punchcard passes, can be paid in cash. Monthly membership plans can be paid in cash, however we still require a valid credit card on file. This ensures that all payments are collected on their scheduled dates each month, preventing any backlog of payments.
How will the billing for my membership work? Will I be billed on the 1st of every month?
The billing cycle for your monthly recurring membership will be billed based on the start date of your membership. For instance, if your membership begins on the 15th of the month, your billing cycle will be on the 15th of each subsequent month. This ensures a consistent and predictable billing schedule tailored to your start date.
