Classes from 6am to 8pm

Functional Fitness

An hour long class that focuses on whole body strengthening, flexibility, cardiovascular endurance, and movement capabilities. No Foundations needed. Perfect for all ages and fitness levels.

Olympic Lifting

This class focuses on two lifts: The snatch and the clean and jerk. Everything we do in this class is in pursuit of improved technique, increased strength, better mobility, and one…more…kilogram.

Crossfit

This hour long class involves a warm-up, strength or skill portion, and a workout of the day – “WOD.”  These workouts focus on strength, conditioning, and stamina. All workouts can be scaled and adapted to suit individual goals.

Daily Sweat

A constantly varied fun mix of strength, core and conditioning pieces. We want to get you moving while introducing you to the wide array of exercises that integrate bodyweight movements, plyometrics, lifting, calisthenics, cardio and more.
