New to CrossFit
Get acquainted with CrossFit during our Foundations Program. In these 4 personal training sessions we’ll teach you correct movement patterns, the CrossFit jargon (WOD, EMOM, AMRAP), and everything you need to know to participate in our Group Classes.
A certified CrossFit coach will take you and up to 11 other people through an hour long session including a warm-up, strength or skill practice, and a workout-of-the-day (WOD). Every day will be challenging, constantly-varied, and fun. Enjoy the sweat-fest!
Monthly memberships are $210 per month. Your membership includes unlimited CrossFit, Weightlifting, and Kinstretch/Fitness classes, plus access to Open Gym. If your schedule permits, our Matinee Membership grants you access to all our classes before 5pm for $189 per month.Join Now
