CLASS RESERVATIONS

For members convenience, Dynasty Gym allows members to make class reservations. Class reservations can be made online 2 days prior to the scheduled class and up to 15 minutes before the start of class. Dynasty Gym highly recommends online or mobile class reservations. All reservations will be held up to 10 minutes prior to the start of class time, at which time all open spaces will be given to members on the waitlist or on stand-by. Dynasty Gym has the right to revoke registration privileges for delinquent accounts.

The class cap sizes are shown on your Zen Planner App or Zen Planner website.

WAITLIST

If class is full, you will be placed on the waitlist. Dynasty Gym will send you an automated email and/or a text message to notify you that you have received a place in class. It is your responsibility to check your email if you are on the waitlist. The option to cancel your spot on the waitlist can be done through your ZenPlanner app or on the ZenPlanner web browser website under the Classes Tab >> My Schedule >> Waitlist button to the far left of your screen. Each class is structured to allow for a waitlist of 5 participants.

If you do not have regular access to email you may call Dynasty Gym to check your status on the waitlist at 604-719-7745.

CLASS CANCELLATION

Dynasty Gym understands that sometimes life gets in the way of fitness classes.

If you cannot attend a class that you are scheduled for, simply remove yourself from the class by signing into your account on the Dynasty Gym website or using your ZenPlanner app. Dynasty Gym requires a minimum of 2 hours notice for afternoon and evening classes and 12 hours notice for morning classes. Failure to remove yourself within the allotted time frame will result in a late cancellation fee.

Dynasty Gym reserves the right to charge members a $4 late cancel fee for failing to attend a class that the member made reservation for. Participants are responsible for checking in before the start of class. Failure to do so may result in a late cancel fee. Refunds for late cancel fees will not be provided.

MEMBERSHIP CANCELLATIONS

Members may request for their membership to be cancelled with 30 days notice. Notice to cancel is thirty (30) days and as such an additional monthly fee may be incurred if notice is less than thirty (30) days from the next auto-payment date.

Members may request for their membership to be cancelled without 30 days notice however a $35 administration fee will be applied to the credit card on file for all early cancellations.

VACATION HOLDS & ABSENCE REQUESTS

Dynasty Gym members may place their membership on hold twice per year at no cost. Holds must be requested at least 7 days in advance and be for a minimum of 14 days.
