Do I need to book classes in advance?

If you have an active membership at Dynasty Gym, you can easily book your CrossFit classes through our online registration system. For drop-ins and visitors, please email us at info@dynastygym.com or call us at +604-719-7745 to reserve your spot in class.

What is the duration of each class?

Most of our fitness classes are approximately 60 minutes long. This includes a warm-up, the main workout, and a cool-down/stretching session.

Can I bring a friend to a class?

Absolutely! Members are welcome to bring a friend to Open Gym. Drop-in passes are available for purchase at the front desk. Please ensure your guest follows all gym rules and etiquette. For more information, click here.

What if I can’t keep up with the class pace?

Our classes are designed to be inclusive and adaptable to all fitness levels. If you find the pace challenging, please inform the instructor, who can provide modifications or alternative exercises to ensure you can participate comfortably and safely.
