Each class is an exciting adventure as we introduce you to 3-5 new movements that are integral to the CrossFit experience. Our experienced coaches will guide you every step of the way, ensuring you master each technique. Afterward, you’ll put your newfound skills to the test with a workout designed to challenge and inspire you. The best part? These workouts can be customized to match your abilities, so you can progress at your own pace.
- Completion of the 6-session course is mandatory before joining our group classes, ensuring that you are fully prepared to excel in our community.
- We understand that life can be unpredictable, but please be mindful of our cancellation policy. Any session canceled within 24 hours of the scheduled start time may be subject to a $90 makeup session fee, at the coach’s discretion.
