Membership Options

Before committing to a membership plan, we invite you to join us for a free class – and, for a limited time, start your 30 day risk-free trial.


Unlimited attendance at any of our classes Weightlifting, Kinstretch, Fitness and Mobility classes, and access to Open Gym hours.


Access to all the classes included in the Weightlifting Membership, and any of our  20+ CrossFit classes weekly.

Part-Time Weightlifing

Join us for 8 Weightlifting classes per month, and access to Open Gym hours.

Open Gym

Follow your own training program at Dynasty Gym. We have Open Gym hours Monday-Friday from 10am to noon and 1pm to 4pm.


Drop-in to any of the classes included in our Weightlifting Membership. If you’ve been doing CrossFit for a minimum of 3 months, you can drop-in to our CrossFit classes.
