Due to the capacity limit of 12 people in open-gym or classes, there are some temporary changes regarding open-gym access and free trials for the gym.

  • We will not be offering any free trials or promotional options for class or open-gym at this time.
  • Basic open-gym membership is temporarily unavailable to purchase. Open-gym can still be accessed with single drop-ins, 10-Class Punch-cards, or any other memberships.
  • Single drop-ins for group classes and 1-week memberships are not available at this time.
  • The Front desk will check you in for class or open-gym when you enter.

Members at Dynasty Gym can choose from a wide-variety of classes, from Daily Dose (Functional Fitness) to Olympic Weightlifting to Kinstretch and many more!

Daily Dose Group Classes are led by one or two of our Coaches and follow the posted “Workout of the Day.” Each class starts out with a warm-up and is usually followed by a strength segment and finishes with a conditioning workout. Exercises and programming are carefully explained by our coaches and includes lots of hands on help from our coaching staff to make sure you’re working in a safe and effective manner. We pride ourselves on the quality and consistency of our group classes, expect an appropriate challenge regardless of how new or fit you currently are. We also have enough equipment and space to satisfy even the most experienced athletes!

NEW TO FUNCTIONAL FITNESS?

Just getting started?  Be sure to check out our Foundations page, where you can also find out about our weekly Free Intro Class (every Saturday at 11am). Foundations is required for all who would like to take Daily Dose group classes.

TRANSFERRING FROM ANOTHER AFFILIATE?

Are you an experienced athlete who is looking to join Dynasty? If you are proficient in the snatch, clean and jerk, toes to bar, and handstand push-ups and want to check us out, come to any of our scheduled Daily Dose group classes to complete two “test-out classes.” For your first two classes, our coaching staff will do an informal assessment to ensure that you’re familiar with basic Functional Fitness movements and can safely participate in our group class programming. Your first class is free. You can sign up for a membership after your second class if you’re cleared.

JUST VISITING?

Are you a travelling functional fitness athlete looking to drop into class while you’re in town? We’d love to have you! If you have experience with CrossFit, you are welcome to drop into any of our group classes. The drop-in rate is $25 or a purchase of a Dynasty T-shirt. You can also buy a week-long visitor’s pass for $60 which gives you access to unlimited classes for seven consecutive days. To purchase a week-long visitor’s pass, please call or email the front desk before your first class. If you’re transferring or visiting, please arrive to the gym at least 10 minutes early so we can get you set up.

SINGLE SESSIONS, PUNCH CARDS, AND DROP-INS

Single session and punch cards can be a good option for those requiring flexibility. Please note: punch cards cannot be shared or transferred.
