Members at Dynasty Gym can choose from a wide-variety of classes, from Daily Dose (CrossFit) to Olympic Weightlifting to StrongFit and many more!

Daily Dose Group Classes are led by one or two of our Coaches and follow the posted “Workout of the Day.  Each class starts out with a warm-up and is usually followed by a strength segment and finishes with a conditioning workout. Exercises and programming are carefully explained by our coaches and includes lots of hands on help from our coaching staff to make sure you’re working in a safe and effective manner. We pride ourselves on the quality and consistency of our group classes, expect an appropriate challenge regardless of how new or fit you currently are. We also have enough equipment and space to satisfy even the most experienced athletes!

NEW TO CROSSFIT?

Just getting started?  Be sure to check out our Foundations page, where you can also find out more about our beginners program. Foundations is required for all who would like to take Daily Dose group classes who do not have prior CrossFit experience.

TRANSFERRING FROM ANOTHER AFFILIATE?

Are you an experienced athlete who is looking to join Dynasty? If you are proficient in the snatch, clean and jerk, toes to bar, and handstand push-ups and interested in joining, then please email us at info@dynastygym.com with information regarding your previous experience. Once your prior experience is confirmed, we can get you started on the signup process!
