Can I bring a friend to Open Gym?

Absolutely! Members are welcome to bring a friend to Open Gym. Drop-in passes are available for purchase at the front desk. Please ensure your guest follows all gym rules and etiquette. For more information, click here.

Can I get assistance from a trainer during Open Gym?

While personal trainers may not be available for one-on-one sessions during Open Gym, our staff will be present to assist with general questions and safety concerns. If you need personalized training, please consider booking a session with one of our trainers. For more information, click here.

Do I need to book a slot for open gym?

While booking a slot is not mandatory, it is highly recommended to ensure you have a spot during peak hours. You can easily book a slot through our online booking system.

With the Basic membership, can I complete my individual workouts while classes are happening?

We ask that all members, regardless of their membership type, complete their individual workouts only during the scheduled “Open Gym” hours. This ensures that classes can run smoothly without interruptions and that all members can enjoy a safe and organized workout environment.
