Privates are individualized training sessions designed to address your specific needs. Your coach will work with you to assess those needs and help you establish movement competency while building a base of strength and conditioning. This is a great option for anyone who has specific concerns or wants to tailor their training to reach a particular goal. You can also use personal training to prepare you for our general group classes. We also offer semi-private and small-group training.

There is a 24 Hour Cancellation Policy on all PT sessions. Cancellation within 24 hours of the scheduled session will result in a charge. Individuals with significant health or orthopedic issues are strongly encouraged to start with personal training.

Personal training is available on a per-session basis, and pricing depends on your coach and the frequency of your training. Our Platinum Membership includes access to all our classes plus at least one personal training session per month.View Memberships
