Cardio Sunday

This class focuses on mono-structural exercises (running, rowing, ski erg, and air bike) over varying time domains, paces, and rest periods with the intent of improving cardio capacity. We use scientific principles to raise aerobic capacity, anaerobic capacity, aerobic threshold, speed, stamina, and endurance. Alongside our CrossFit program, this could be a game-changer for your performance!
