Daily Dose

This hour long class involves a warm-up, strength or skill portion, and a workout of the day – “WOD.”  These workouts focus on strength, conditioning, and stamina. All workouts can be scaled and adapted to suit individual goals.

Olympic Lifting

This class focuses on two lifts: The snatch and the clean and jerk.
Everything we do in this class is in pursuit of improved technique, increased strength, better mobility, and one…more…kilogram.

StrongFit

Want to improve your strength and conditioning? Then StrongFit is the class for you! This class will focus on challenging yourself using the primary lifts – squat, bench, and deadlifts.

Kinstretch

A movement enhancement system that develops maximum bodily control, flexibility and useable ranges of motion.

Cardio Sunday

This class focuses on monostructural exercises (running, rowing, ski erg and air bike) over varying time domains, paces and rest periods with the intent on improving cardio capacity. We use scientific principles to raise aerobic capacity, anaerobic capacity, aerobic threshold, speed, stamina and endurance. Alongside our CrossFit program, this could be a game-changer for your performance!

Cardio & Core

Taking elements from our cardio class on Sundays, our Cardio & Core class will be a mix of intense and dynamic core-stabilizing exercises and cardiovascular conditioning with the aim of getting the blood flowing and heart rate elevated!

CrossFit

This hour long class involves a warm-up, strength or skill portion, and a workout of the day – “WOD.” These workouts focus on strength, conditioning, and stamina. All workouts can be scaled and adapted to suit individual goals.

DynastyFit

Similar to CrossFit, but we use more dumbbells instead of barbells. Also, we do not track times and push intensity as much. Rather, we focus on proper form and scaling the workout appropriately for your skill level. Learn, lift, and super sweaty!

Kinstretch

This class is based on scientific research in mobility training. You will use limited equipment, only your own body control and effort. Kinstretch is meant to enhance your life and help you get better at whatever you want to get better at.

CrossFit Mobility

Relieve stress after a tough workout, relieve nagging pains from an injury and prepare your body for intense workouts. Mobility class will teach you how to use certain fitness tools to improve the movement of your body so that you can increase your fitness potential, decrease possible injuries and become a better athlete.
